Growing up on a ranch in Northern California, I wasn’t born with a green thumb—but rather with green feet, spending my childhood barefoot on the lawn and planting flowers with my mom. My parents built and landscaped their home from the ground up, and I was always by my mom’s side, learning the art of planting and design. Summers around the pool were made brighter by my grandmother’s favorite marigolds, a flower I’ve grown to deeply appreciate.

From reimagining the front yard of our first house to designing the landscape of our California home from a blank slate, my passion for turning visions into reality blossomed. I’d start with sketches on graph paper and bring those plans to life, creating outdoor spaces that neighbors couldn’t help but stop and compliment.
